Pool Sauna Steam

When we were planning the swimming facilities at Prested, we decided there was no point having a pool unless it was a decent size. We also felt it should be a tranquil area, with music permitted only during aqua fitness sessions, and that, unlike most local pools, it would mainly be a facility for adults, with three family sessions for accompanied children at weekends.
The pool measures 20m x 12m and has a level depth at 4'6" (1.35m). The water is set at 29.4°C and the air at 31°C. Thanks to our modern and sophisticated UV treatment system, we are able to use considerably less chlorine than is usually found in swimming pools.
RELAXATION AREA
We have a spacious poolside relaxation area, with comfortable loungers, indoor trees, and lots of magazines ... a great place to chill out between the laps.
PLEASE REFER TO THE CLUB TIMETABLE FOR FAMILY SWIM SESSIONS WHEN CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL.
NOTE: Ours is a members' pool and lifeguards on duty only at Family Swim sessions. |

Monday to Friday, for non-members
(between 12.00 and 3.pm, with lunch served until 2pm).
Spend £10+ on lunch, a drink, coffee or tea, and have a free swim, sauna and steam

(between 6.30 and 8.15pm)

POOL GARDEN
The relaxation area overlooks the pool garden, which swimmers
are welome to use or hire for a private party. |
