Locally Reared Sirloin of Beef (£3 supplement) with dauphinoise potatoes, steamed broccoli

Grilled Pollock Fillet Vierge with herb sauce, garden peas and creamed potatoes

Ricotta & Parma Ham stuffed Chicken Supreme with mushroom and Madeira jus, wilted spinach
