Starters

Prested Hall roasted pepper and sweet potato soup (v)

served with wholemeal bread

Grilled tiger prawns

mixed Prested Hall salad, garlic and herb aioli

Pork terrine

with an apple and date chutney and toasted wholemeal bread

Warm goat’s cheese salad (v)

served with toasted walnuts and a spiced cranberry dressing

 

 

Mains

Chargrilled tuna steak

with warm samphire grass, new potato salad with a beetroot relish

Lamb chops

with braised red cabbage, root vegetable mashed potato and a cranberry and orange compote

Pork tenderloin

with boulangere potatoes, sautéed black pudding, rainbow chard, apple and date chutney

Roasted butternut squash (v)

with parsnips, toasted walnuts and a green olive salsa

Prested Hall apple and raspberry fruit fool

with white chocolate biscuits

Warm lemon sponge

with lime crème anglaise and flaked almonds

Sticky toffee pudding

with caramelised banana and caramel sauce

Cinnamon glazed pineapple
