Duo of roast turkey and goose with chestnut and cranberry stuffing, chipolatas, bread sauce, roast potatoes and cranberry sauce

 

Herb crusted rack of lamb, dauphinoise potato and redcurrant and rosemary jus

 

Grilled halibut with a prawn and crayfish risotto and a saffron cream

 

Brie, redcurrant and hazelnut wellington with wild mushroom and chive sauce and roast potatoes

 

Desserts

Individual Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and rum butter

 

Chocolate and orange brulée with a chocolate chip and pistachio cookie

 

Peach and raspberry delice, Baileys icecream and poppy seed tuille
