Bring your family and friends along for an afternoon in the relaxed surroundings of Prested Hall.


Arrive from 12.30pm and enjoy a drink or two on the lawn before a delicious, traditional style two course finger buffet is served in the marquee at 1.30pm.


Seating will be allocated, but if the weather is fine, you are welcome bring your own picnic blanket and make the most of the sunshine.


There will be entertainment for children and adults alike including Neil Devlin Magic, Island Inflatables bouncy castle and garden games and live music.

Join us for an evening of mystery and intrigue at Prested Hall on Thursday 24th September 2015 for one of our popular Murder Mystery Nights.

The Macaroni brothers are one of Chicago’s main families responsible for bootlegging.  They own ’Swingers’, arguably the most popular speakeasy in all Chicago.  Tonight Bugs Macaroni, the big boss himself, is found dead.  The only problem is…..who killed him?

Enjoy a delicious 3-course meal while the story unfolds before you. Test your skills as a detective to see if you can unmask the mystery killer.

The event begins promptly at 7pm and finishes at 11pm. Tickets costs £29.50pp and include food and entertainment.

The Best of British Comedy Dinner is an interactive show where the audience dine in the Fawlty Towers restaurant. It begins in the bar over pre-dinner drinks, where the audience are greeted by the characters.

Then, when the time comes, Basil invites the audience through into the restaurant ……………


Oh dear, Basil’s been left to run things all by himself this evening…

Not to worry, a host of classic comedy heroes are on hand to help!

Meet, amongst others, Del Boy and Uncle Albert, the Carry On waiting team, the fez-wearing magician and Fawlty Towers’ new handyman, Frank Spencer.


Join us for a hilarious evening of classic comedy carnage with a three course meal included.



Homemade basil and tomato soup, crispy herb croutons (v)

Caramelised onion and goat’s cheese tartlet and crisp leaves, olive oil and cracked pepper dressing (v)

Chicken liver pâté flavoured with Cognac served with fig and raisin chutney and melba toast


Main Course

Lemon sole stuffed with prawns with new potatoes and a lemon and dill sauce

Roast Pork with sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, apple sauce and rich roast gravy
